Format · trade shows
Own the busiest aisle on the floor.
On a trade-show floor you are fighting for attention against a hundred other booths. A live station is the one thing people walk across the hall to see.

Exhibitors spend a fortune on a booth and then hope people stop. A live printing station guarantees they do. The sound of a press and a stack of fresh merch pulls foot traffic better than any screen, and every finished piece walks your logo up and down every other aisle for the rest of the show.
Why it works on a show floor
A branded tee or cap made on the spot is a badge people wear the rest of the day — free, moving advertising past your competitors' booths. The line also gives your team a natural reason to start conversations while guests wait for a piece to finish.
- Badge-scan to print — pair the station with a lead scan so a customized giveaway follows a captured contact.
- Compact footprint — a DTF station fits a standard booth and runs on standard venue power.
- Convention-ready — we handle load-in rules and labor requirements at major convention centers.
Questions
Common questions
Will a station fit in a standard 10x10 or 10x20 booth?
Yes. A single DTF heat-press station fits comfortably in a standard booth and runs on typical venue power. For a larger footprint we can add a patch or hard-goods table. We confirm power and space needs with you in advance.
Can you tie the giveaway to lead capture?
Yes. A common setup is badge-scan-to-print: a guest scans in, and the customized piece is their reward, so every giveaway is attached to a captured contact your team can follow up with.
